Overview of the Report
This report provides
an overall summary of your maintenance and repair expenses for the past twelve
months. It also identifies equipment that exceeds the normal operating and/or
repair expenses for the above indicated time period. The calculations provided
in this report have been prorated to reflect the time span indicated. The
indicated calculations do not include the in-house labor portion; the total
inclusive repair cost will be reflected on the Executive Account Activity
Report.

times. Alternate sourcing was used in this case also, but the repair was still
expensive. This vendor may be excessively high in cost, and an alternate source
for service should be explored.
