EQ TRAQ®
CAP EQ TRAQ® IN TRAQ® LOAD TRAQ® BEC & HDI

EQ TRAQ® assists a hospital in reducing costs significantly by tracking and managing the utilization of medical equipment and hospital assets. Equipment utilization is tracked and costs/charges captured. An interface links the program to the hospital's mainframe. Patient information and equipment location can then be automatically updated. EQ TRAQ® can also assist in decreasing rental costs. Through the use of barcode readers, including those using the latest RF technology, the hospital can automate data capture.

EQ TRAQ® also provides a variety of reports that meet JCAHO requirements for biomedical maintenance information including PM status. The reports include equipment in use by patient, by equipment type, and by location, as well as reports on daily billing and downtime.

In a multi-facility environment EQ TRAQ® can be used to promote standardization and equipment sharing. As an additional option we can facilitate connectivity to other locations using our software.

Financial reports can also be generated from a Break Even Calculator built into this program. This unique forecasting tool calculates the fully loaded break even point and life cycle costs of owning, operating or purchasing technology. It also shows equipment specific revenues the hospital can anticipate. Variable fields allow for test case scenarios to be entered, calculating investment return on assets. It also calculates break even and payback periods on types of surgery procedures per disease state.
